Summer may finally be gone. Or not? The patio remains beautiful, though. Our menu will be evolving over the next month, with a lot of changes and a little more emphasis on smaller plates. Slowly, dish by dish, so keep your eyes on it. One dish coming, a fabulous special we did a couple of weeks ago, is Pastrami Short Ribs with candied spaghetti squash, pickled plum and horseradish sauce. Oooh!
